Mission:
As a Content Creator Manager at Watchype, you will play a key role in developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to promote our brand, stimulate user interaction and stay at the forefront of industry trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:
Create various types of social media content – captions, posts, videos and images – suitable for different social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. Capture perfect moments that represent the Watchype lifestyle.
Create watch-related content including interviews, videos, reels, photos, stories and written posts.
Publish posts according to established social media content calendar.
Collaborate with the marketing team and customer care team to ensure each piece of content is relevant and helps maximise interaction, reach and sales for the company.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, news and events in the watch industry (and beyond) to select and share relevant content.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create content that highlights our expertise, achievements and leadership in the industry.
Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and tools, proposing innovative approaches to maximise the impact of our social media.
Identify and engage key influencers, industry leaders and relevant communities to expand our social media reach and initiate strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:
Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok accounts for brands, with a deep understanding of the nuances of each platform.
In-depth knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategies.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Ability to work with creative tools such as Adobe XD.
Ability to work with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or similar.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Proven experience in creating engaging content on various social platforms – TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Podcasts.
Proven video and photo editing skills.
Proven writing and storytelling skills.
Ability to transform a concept into engaging content.
Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity into digital content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French and Italian are a plus), with the ability to create engaging and informative social media content.
Extensive knowledge of the most popular social media platforms and desire to find out what’s next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Great attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, ensuring all content is in line with brand guidelines.
Proactive attitude and self-motivation, with a passion for driving social media growth and getting results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This position is based in Switzerland (Canton Valais).
