Missions:
You will be an important part of our finance team as we expand our presence in Europe.
You have good analytical and conceptual skills, with initial audit experience.
You will work closely with our Customer Success (CS) department.
You will collaborate with key functions across the company, including merchandise, purchasing, web operations, transportation, warehouse, retail, and finance, to foster a culture of accountability in identifying obstacles and finding solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
You are self-taught and have the ability to work independently.
You are computer literate, particularly Excel and Word.
You will optimize business processes and structures and provide project support.
You will contribute feedback on how we can further improve WATCHYPE’s finance department.
You have the ability to acquire knowledge and share it with the team.
You must be effective, with excellent time management skills, including the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
You will assume responsibility for individual process steps related to your position.

Additional requirements:
Fluent in English and Italian (others will be a plus).
This position is based in Switzerland (Canton Valais).
