Junior Customer Relations

Missions:
You will be an important part of our customer relations team as we expand our presence in Europe.
You will provide first-class support to Watchype watch users and retailers from around the world.
You will provide them with knowledgeable, compassionate and timely responses to their enquiries, while maintaining a positive, passionate and friendly attitude that fosters long-term relationships.
You will manage and respond to incoming requests through our online ticket system, online chat and by phone.
You will support our users in purchase transactions. You will ensure smooth communication between our team of account managers and our logistics team.
You will contribute feedback on how we can further improve WATCHYPE and the customer service we offer users.
You will have the ability to acquire knowledge and share it with the team.
You will be effective, have great time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, get organised and prioritise.
You will take responsibility for individual process steps related to your position.
